FAQ'S

  • review the rental inventory and when you see the item you would like to rent add it to your wishlist. Be sure to select the dates of your rental and include your contact information. Note: a rental is not confirmed until a staff member sends you a contract and a 50% deposit is made.

  • lemon will provide you a quote/contract within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Once you have reviewed the quote, sign it electronically and pay your 50% deposit to confirm your order.

  • Yes. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all orders. If your order is reduced or changed, the 50% paid upfront is not refundable.

  • Yes. We understand you may not know your final guest count and thats not a problem. We have a 2 week deadline for final guest counts to be submitted. No reduction in counts are permitted within 2 weeks prior to the event. Additions are permitted but only if the requested product or quantity is available.

  • Right now we only offer delivery on weekdays (Monday - Friday). We do not offer weekend delivery or pickup. We only offer delivery for orders over $1000 (not including delivery fee). We do not offer setup service but have some great event professionals we can refer.

  • We offer pickup at our Westport, Kansas City location. We are open by appointment only so you will need to set up a pickup time. This time will be located on your quote/contract.
